On Being and David Whyte
As I was driving home from North Dakota a few weeks ago, I listened to a podcast that was an interview with an Irish-English poet named David Whyte who now lives in the USA. He read a couple of his poems that I thought were very good and that you might enjoy. They don't even rhyme! And I'm normally one of those people who favors rhyming in their poetry.
I could copy and paste the full text of them here, but I don't want to violate copyright laws and stuff, and plus, they're best listened to in his Irish-English accent with the emphasis on the words in the way the author intended. They're both less than three minutes long, so check them out.

Everything is Waiting
Vulnerability
Another good quote from that interview was why we enjoy sitting in nature - because nature is exactly what it is. A tree is a tree, grass is grass, a rabbit is a rabbit, etc. Unlike our human tendencies to want to be something we are not or to wear a mask for others.
