Nerd Alert!

If you tend toward the nerdy side, this post is for you.  Uncle Bex told me about this website called Nerd Fitness.  It talks about fitness in a way that nerds feel at home.  Check it out here.  One part that made me laugh out loud was the links to the articles on confidence is you feel insecure approaching the grocery store shelf stocker to ask where something is located.

Some dive planning is in the works.  Research has commenced.  To display true nerdiness, I made this little pugh matrix just for fun.  The final weights on the criteria and the criteria are still under discussion.

While scrapbooking last weekend, I ran across this picture again.  I posted it before in this post from 2011, but Bex thought it was nerdy enough to tell me it was nerdy.  I took a picture after I had brushed my teeth during peak blueberry season.  I thought it was funny there was a blue puddle underneath my toothbrush.
