• Feeling desperate

• An encouraging verse (Psalm 29:11)
• Fresh peaches
• Fun playing softball

Wednesday

• More encouraging verses (Psalm 92 - the last 4 verses)
• Edifying Bible study
• No work after 7:00 PM

Thursday

• Small victories
• Eating lunch someplace other than the cafeteria or my desk
• Making time to do yoga

Friday

• A searching conversation with my mentor
• Relaxing evening walk
• Delicious licorice

Saturday

• Friends who challenge me
• Interesting conversation about European history
• Going to bed early
