Everyday Days
Yesterday my legs were getting kind of itchy and blotchy with a rash kind of thing, and I was really hoping it wasn't the start of another long uncertain diagnosis scabies / poison ivy / bug bite session. It still itches a little bit, but not too much, and it doesn't seem to be spreading wildly and it's not seeping, so I guess I got off lucky this time. All three times this has happened, it has been in late July / early August. I wonder if there is a certain kind of bug or plant that's prevalent at that time that I'm allergic to?
Life goes on here. Volleyball in the gentle rain left me sopping wet last night. Softball this evening though was almost perfect conditions. Work is heating up with some excitement. I'm working on a quality issue. It's fun because I'm learning a bunch of new stuff like how to try to measure something you can't see (infrared light). It's also nice because it's a change of pace. The only down side is the high pressure where sometimes you get a lot of managers breathing down your neck.
Have a good rest of the week!
