Sweet Summertime
It's been beautiful weather here this week - perfect for volleyball, softball, and tennis. It still feels like summer, but you can hear fall approaching with all the cicadas singing at night. It reminds of sleeping in a tent at convention, which is coming soon.
This weekend is looking like it will be fun and dirty. You'll understand later. As part of some training at work today, I demonstrated how to use parts of our CAD program today for two hours straight to about twenty engineers. It went really well, but I guess I must have been a little bit nervous about it because I felt like I didn't sleep well last night, and I woke up long before my alarm went off this morning.
Other than that, it's pretty mundane. Dishes need washing, the lawn needs mowing, bushes need trimming, flower gardens need hoeing, and I plan to ignore most of it for the next week or so. Like Grandpa used to say, it's called "carefree housekeeping."
Farm out, peeps.

I'm impressed, Mel.....2 hours to twenty engineers seems like a long time to me. I'm glad it went well. My garden and house look like I belong to the "carefree housekeeping" club, too. It makes me groan sometimes. Have a great weekend. Linda
